To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we avoid the additional transaction fees associated with credit card payments. For this reason, we currently accept payments via bank transfer or PayID.
Please note that PayPal no longer supports payments for tobacco products, which is why it is not available as a payment option.
When making your payment, please include your order number and name in the payment description so we can easily identify your order. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received in our account.
After completing the payment, please email a copy or photo of your transfer receipt to info@auscigarettes.com.au or send it via WhatsApp. This helps us verify your payment quickly and allows us to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
