Delivery Fees
Delivery fees start from A$10 for orders under A$200.
Orders under A$200: Shipping from A$10
Orders A$200 and above: Free standard shipping
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed according to the following schedule:
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually packed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will generally be processed the next business day.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and may be outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed, paid, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to:

See the estimated delivery date
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (for example, if no one is available to receive the parcel), your package may be redirected for collection at your local Australia Post office. You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Due to the nature of our products, as well as health regulations and legal restrictions, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All orders are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment, and cases of defects or missing items are extremely rare.
